Romi K. Jayswal

Before founding Deochand & Jayswal Law Group, Romi K. Jayswal was a personal injury attorney at a large regional law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He focused his practice on representing clients injured in car wrecks, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence cases.

Mr. Jayswal graduated from Georgia State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Philosophy. After graduating, he worked at a personal injury law firm in Norcross, Georgia for 5 years. There, he was tasked with exclusively handling all diminished value cases for a regional car dealership’s fleet of motor vehicles. He then returned to his alma mater and earned a law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2018.

Mr. Jayswal is a member of a number of local associations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association, and South Asian Bar Association of Georgia.
